APOLLO SPIRIT INTERNSHIP PROGRAM 2026
TERMS & ELIGIBILITY
Program Overview
The Apollo Spirit Internship Program is designed to identify and develop future engineering talent through a structured selection process, combining online training and in-house internship opportunities.
The program includes two parallel specialization tracks:
- Structural Design & 3D Modelling (Warsaw)
- Stress & Structural Analysis (Bydgoszcz)
Applicants are required to select their preferred track during registration.
Program Structure
The selection and development process includes:
- Registration
- Entry test (Basic Mechanics, Materials Science, Engineering Graphics)
- Online lecture series (~30 hours)
- Assessment based on completed lectures
- Technical interview
- Two-week on-site internship (selected candidates only)
- Optional extension (up to 2 months) for top-performing participants
- Potential employment opportunity for selected candidates (for 2026 graduates)
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Students in mechanical, aerospace, or related engineering fields
- Strong foundation in engineering fundamentals
- Good command of English (program is conducted in English)
- Availability to participate in on-site internship in Poland (at least during July 2026)
Mobility & Participation Conditions (IMPORTANT)
Due to the international nature of Apollo Spirit projects and potential involvement in external activities, participants must be able to:
- Travel internationally
- Comply with applicable travel regulations
Please note:
- Apollo Spirit does not provide visa sponsorship or support for international travel
- Certain program opportunities (including potential visits) may be limited to participants who are eligible for visa-free travel or simplified entry procedures (e.g., ESTA/Visa Waiver Program)
- Participation in specific program components may therefore depend on individual travel eligibility.
Participation Restrictions
In accordance with company policies, international regulations, and project requirements:
- Participation may be limited or restricted based on legal, compliance, or security considerations
- The company reserves the right to determine eligibility for specific program stages
Selection for Internship Phase
Selection for the on-site internship is based on:
- Results of the online training assessment
- Technical interview performance
- Alignment with program requirements and project needs
Internship Outcomes
Following the internship:
- Selected participants may be offered an extended internship (up to 2 months)
- High-performing candidates graduating in 2026 may receive employment offers
Internship Conditions
For participants selected for the on-site internship phase:
- Accommodation and travel expenses related to the internship will be fully covered by Apollo Spirit
- Participants will receive a per diem allowance, with the amount defined by the company, to support daily living expenses during the internship
